@c2c_Rail dropped my bag on track Fri eve, reported it, bf saw it still there 6am mon morning, reported it, within 90 mins it has ‘disappeared’. Passengers can’t reach down there so staff have either left it or retrieved it and not handed in. Please look into as matter of urgency
@c2c_Rail@c2c_Rail my bag’s gone missing & so far no action taken by c2c except being passed around to different departments. Please update on the CCTV I requested to be retained. Who has checked it? What are the next steps? Please update me - this silence seems like cover up.
@c2c_Rail C2c002484401 & lost property number R386/14 however had complete radio silence. The bag can only have been left on the track or taken by a staff member and either not handed in or handed in incorrectly somehow. No passenger could access it on the live tracks.
Unfortunately for those who wanted to see the fall of Nigel Farage, I’m A Celebrity has enabled the public to see the man for who he really is. A consummate professional and an intelligent gentleman.
@NanaAkua1 urges the public to crown @Nigel_Farage as King of the Jungle!
@c2c_Rail@c2c_Rail many times. By phone, email and in person. I want to understand how my bag has disappeared within 90 mins of showing its location to c2c staff. I want my property returned and cctv investigated
@c2c_Rail Please get back to me asap - this has been ongoing since Friday night and both c2c and TFL seem to be confused over who is responsible. Ultimately, it was a c2c staff member who was shown the bag before it disappeared 90 mins later
