This sweet boy made me so proud today when he said, "Ms. Kent, I get it! You said I could do it and look...I did it! I like doing math with you because you make it make sense. Can I have an even bigger problem now?" I ❤ to see my babies believe in themselves!

We worked on analyzing, editing, and writing a story to include the correct form of there, their, or they're today. I loved listening to them explain thier answers and talk through thier reasoning! All of my 4th graders rocked their assignment! @CarverES_RH #SEASofAdventure

Love to see my babies get excited over reading! We're learning about the Elements of Drama, and boy do I have some GREAT actors & actresses in my classroom! They did FABULOUS acting out thier parts today and following the stage directions!

This beautiful Luna Moth was at my back door this morning, so we put writing on hold for just a few minutes to explore nature & learn a little about adaptations and insects. Now in our research unit, my kiddos can't wait to find more information about Luna Moths!
