A3. Good examples are clubs welcoming newbies along for free and the promotion of bringing/coming with a friend. This gives you extra encouragement and boosts participation! #SportHour
A2. Theres the obvious benefits that being active has on your body and mental health but a massive benefit is the bonds you form. It can be like joining a mini/large family and thats what I love โค #SportHour
A1: I recently tried paddle boarding for the first time with the #SportPanel!
I initially felt a bit uneasy, as balance has never been my strong suit! I did fall in a few times, however, I quickly got a lot more confident. Itโs always easier with friends, I think!

A1. it can be daunting trying something new regardless but when I tried rugby last year as part of #FeelYourPersonalBest it gave me a sense of achievement and relief! I now play for the club and I never would of if I wasnt pushed out my comfort zone to try it #SportHour
