If you struggle with anxiety, fighting against it can often cause more anxiety.
1. It can’t physically hurt you.
2. Remember stress hormones are trying to protect (overprotect) you.
3. God is greater than the fears.
4. Exercise, therapy, water, meditation.
It’s one thing to trust God in the light…it’s another thing entirely to trust Him when you don’t understand. That’s the kind of faith we’re after and that’s the kind of faith the world needs to see!
