@HMRCcustomers Najmin you haven’t read what I put! To get through it takes 50 minutes which I did twice last week. Charlene from child maintenance has tried to call me and asked me to call back on a number that isn’t going through. Are you able to let them know I want them to call again?

@HMRCcustomers Yes I believe I did. So you cannot apply until you receive birth certificate which took 8 weeks due to the back log, now a further 3 months to process. My baby will be 5 months until I potentially receive it?
