@curtisatlaw They don’t even want to issue the ones judge Mehta reserved. They want to issue “0” ! But here they want to use the decision of JM as example ?. This judge decided 966 visas as a class and not just plaintiff. If not that would be like a lottery inside a lottery?

@ckuck Much of winners that aren’t plaintiffs just aren’t because they didn’t get to know about the existence of that lawsuit! We all won this. We all deserve a chance. If I would have known about the lawsuit I would hace participated. 😡 we want the reservation of all DV visa !
