@Mbakaza4L In short: Yes, SS is a core part of what Musk means by “entitlement spending,” but he’s using the term for the whole mandtry spending category (w/ SS and Medicare as the biggest pieces). His emphasis is on eliminating waste/fraud w/in it rather than ending the programs outright.
