My Merch account was hacked on Aug 8.
I reported it same day, but because the hacker changed my email, support couldn't find my account.
Amazon restored my account in early Sept — but by then my Merch account was terminated for actions the hacker did.

I never received a termination email because the hacker got it.
Current Merch profile shows hacker’s info, not mine.

Merch support team didn't believe my story

I can prove everything.

I’m an innocent creator. Please help. 🙏
