Asked about the millions that appeared and then vanished from her filings after House Ethics gave her a pass, he said it's "SUBJECT OF THE INVESTIGATION AS WELL."

His words: "It doesn't matter what the House does. We're looking at the facts... we'll follow them wherever they take us."

That's on top of the immigration probe and the SUBPOENAS now going out to her family.
