A FIFTH Lindsay Clancy juror has gone public, and somehow, the jury-room circus keeps getting worse.

Nick Dargie said 11 jurors were prepared to set Clancy free, while blasting the lone holdout for reenacting the children’s strangulation with an exercise band and water bottle. He also claimed the holdout couldn’t cite evidence supporting his position and scrolled on his phone during deliberations.

Meanwhile, Dargie said he was “devastated” they couldn’t acquit a woman who admitted killing her three children and predicted nine out of 10 future juries would find her not guilty by reason of insanity.

Eleven jurors seemed determined to find a reason to excuse the inexcusable. Thank God one refused to fold.
