Working together in equitable and respectful, not hierarchical structures, so midwifery can truly be practiced in a manner that serves individuals and families. This is key and something I will continue to push for.
CNMF envisions a world where COLLABORATION is the norm! Whether it be patient related decisions between midwives and other medical professionals or through forming alliances for change - working together is always the answer!

I feel so blessed for the almost 30 years I have been in practice. It’s heartwarming to see the changes we have called for actually become a reality in removing barriers to care. I will continue to advocate so every woman has access to the midwifery model of care. 💕
