I have been using the same debit card to place more than 20 orders since October 2025, it's a virtual card I created on Grey &I haven't used another payment method ever since.

@fiverr @FiverrSupport My fiverr "BUYER" was suddenly disabled and over $550 worth of active orders were cancelled without any refund or explanation.

@fiverr Orders worth over $550 were cancelled. This is completely unacceptable and fraudulent.

I need a proper response on this matter ASAP!

@fiverr I am a buyer on fiverr, i have place over 30 orders on the platform for almost a year now, my account was disabled and all my active orders with sellers were cancelled. Firstly this must have been a mistake. Secondly, why haven't I been refunded with the money I used in ordering
