@duncancltaylor It wasn't all 5 it was English and Physics. She didn't get into the only university offering her chosen course as she needed 4 Bs. Her health means going away isn't an option.

No, my daughter is not better. She now has a life altering condition. SQA disgust me.

@duncancltaylor The school estimated 5 A grades, and I've seen the evidence they submitted, which supported that estimate. She is a top student. SQA are a disgrace. You, me, and everyone else involved know it. You're the only person who has defended this.

@duncancltaylor @MrMcEnaney She was estimated 5 As with the use of evidence already acquired by her school. Prelims and testing. All above 90%. Despite this SQA chose to reduce those grades. "Refused to discuss" if you prefer.

@duncancltaylor @MrMcEnaney No they weren't. If you were the "exceptional circumstances " category (my daughter was critically ill in hospital) SQA denied appeals. She was downgraded despite rigorous evidence provided by her school, they also had the right to provide any reason for the downgrade.

@EastRenPolice I feel for your situation but can you explain to me why you had to break up my S6 son's group of friends quiet garden chat (all clean as just finished 14 days of isolation) when Margaret Ferrier had no charge to answer?
