Absolutely disgusted with @asda customer services. They haven��t delivered all the items they have charged me for. I waited 50 minutes to reach customer services only to be delivered a script that their system shows the delivery took place. Very poor.
Ok so this is not an angry rant, but when the same person keeps asking when you’re going to start a family, just keeps going...I question their motive and levels of awareness...NEVER repeatedly ask...there’s most likely a reason. Am I right?! 👀

@jlandpcustserv I rang for the 7th time @jlandpcustserv @jlandpartners and they told me the bed is still on a back order and to wait for an emai again. Unbelievable! And if I’m not happy, I should cancel the order. Is this really how you treat your paying customers when the mistake is yours?!
Appalling customer services from @jlandpartners ordered a bed 8 July due 15 July. No delivery email, chased 3 times, promised delivery last week, they don’t know where it is and told me to chase delivery resolutions. Rather spend my money with @IKEAUK
