2/2 Obviously this is very poor of them and it is yet to be established whether they have followed proper procedures to get permission to do this. We all need to stand up to them and I will be looking into what action I can take.

I also e-mailed the Accessibility Manager at GWR letting them know I’ve been feeling distressed. Wonder if I’ll even get the courtesy of a reply. I doubt it.

Telephoned my MP’s office in tears about Pen Mill earlier. Been feeling very distressed. Interesting that nobody cares whether I’m ok or not. Nobody’s bothered to check since. And no I’m not ok.

Have spent much of this morning in tears about the situation at Pen Mill and nobody monitoring GWR or taking any enforcement action against them. Can’t cope.
