Baseball Community, we tragically lost a young hockey player Teddy Balkind here in Connecticut to an in-game accident. Hockey families are honoring his life by putting their sticks outside their doors . We may swing different sticks but y’all know what to do.

@MediaKloud@PAStatePolice Then are unaware of what either of them are wearing! Like do you not know what clothes you put on your child. This is crazy but I hope he is returned safe.
I know some feel like we've too hard on the Flyers organization, but can someone please explain how there was no acknowledgement of Ed Snider on his birthday? Zero. Couldn't even find time to send a tweet with a picture? Seriously @NHLFlyers? I'll do it for you. #Flyers
Mr.Snider was the ONLY owner I played for that came in the room after every home game we won to shake EVERY PLAYERS HAND, and look them right in the eyes and tell us we had a good game, hero’s get remember but legends never die. Mr.Snider is proof of that. I will be forever
We Philly fans my not be to fond of Crosby but he is a real class act. So happy to see Brian Page meet his favorite player. Brian received a puck a small chat then after the game went up to Brian to say goodbye. I’m sure he made Brian’s night! Thank you @penguins@SidneyCrosby_
Brian Page, who was paralyzed while playing for the Little #Flyers in November of 2020, gets a puck from classy @penguins captain Sidney Crosby. Video: Zack Hill.
Happy Birthday to the incredible Mr. Snider, who would have turned 89 years old today.
Today and everyday - we remember and honor the incredible person he was. Flyers hockey is not the same without him.
