How does a violent paroled predatory offender that fail's to register, beat's & rob's a man, shoot's an unarmed man 3 TIME'S, and is allowed to remain free so 2 month's later he can kill an unarmed man? And is sentenced to only 12yrs 8 mo's. In MN that's only 8yrs 2mos!!!

So in Minnesota, we've got Sentencing Guideline's which are supposed to make sentencing fair and equal, taking into account past criminal history & the severity of the crime committed. Yet there's MANY Repeat Offender's that seem exempt from them!

When a 1st time offender commit's 1st degree aggravated robbery, has no remorse, is only 22, and think's it's cool to be a gangster and kill people because it command's fear and respect, what's a reasonable sentence to deter him without turning him into a hardened criminal?

@JimmyJenkins Arizona's entire legal system disgust's me! 20 year's my friend is serving when she snapped one day after 10 YEAR'S OF PHYSICAL & MENTAL ABUSE and shot and killed him in a blackout. She spent 5 YEAR'S in Maricopa County Jail in deplorable condition's under Sheriff Joe's Reign

Why isn't there any real oversight when it come's to law enforcement deciding wich criminals get to have their crime's go unpunished when they agree to work with them as a confidential informant?

@bshelburne I live in Saint Paul, MN and I've found that criminal court record's for individuals are easy to obtain. So how is it that no one has noticed the large number of criminals that they seem to cosistently have problems with spelling their name's correctly in their data base?
