@AmericanAir Come on AA - service getting worse and worse! Boarded a flight from Miami. Flight late due to late arriving crew. Boarded then a passenger wanted medication from their checked luggage (already in cargo hold). Shift change on tarmac - another delay! Hot as Hell

AA flight from St Lucia basically held hostage by AA as they begged passengers to give up their seats. Flight already late. Asked numerous times before boarding then we sat on the plane until people gave up their seats! Same flight time was overbooked yesterday. @AmericanAir

@AmericanAir AA error canceled my seats for return from MBJ Waited for hours on phone. Requested call back. Call came but would not allow me to “select 1” verifying me on phone. AA hung up!!!! AA - please respond with solution! I need a phone number answered by a human!

Seats blocked so he gave me a number to call, had to hang up and board before could get to a real person. Obviously, I should not have hung up as still sitting on flight scheduled to have left over an hour ago. One update given - over an hour ago. #AmericanAir

American Airlines hell day continues: When we reached Miami, I did find a helpful and friendly gate agent who changed my seat back to the one I had booked. He then informed me that I do not have seats assigned for the return - either leg…… #AmericanAir

Update: Seat I paid for is empty!!!!!! Understanding and friendly flight attendant allowing me my seat back! #AmericanAirlines There is kindness left in the world - just not at the AA gate this morning!!!!!!
