A few things I learned as a principal:
▶️ Never going to please everyone.
▶️ Suspension doesn’t change behavior.
▶️ Parents are sending the best they got.
▶️ 90% of your challenges come from 10% of the people.
▶️ NOTHING replaces a solid teacher.

* treat staff like professionals
* give voice & accept input
* show appreciation continually
* respect their time
* find ways to raise morale
* support them & needs
