You shouldn’t have to pay an extra $50 to sit next to your child on the plane, pay a surprise “resort fee” for a hotel stay, pay $200 to terminate your cable plan, or pay huge service fees to buy concert tickets.

Amazon has my returned package and my money
@Amazonhelp how do I straighten this out? UPS tracking shows that my returned package was received by Amazon on October 26, but Amazon won't refund my money.

@AmazonHelp Hi Reid. The package was returned to Amazon on Oct 19 and received Oct. 29. Amazon gave me a refund Oct 19, but tonight I received an email from Amazon that the refund was being taken back because the package wasn't received. But UPS tracking shows it was clearly was received.
