@virginmedia Today after getting phone put down on me I rang back and got passed from puller to post no one was able to help me with this.

@virginmedia He got it 2 years ago never activated he never k ew you still had to pay, so we cancelled 2 months ago and still receiving bills tried again

@virginmedia Yes my father has tried to cancel twice and still receiving bills, I also got a call from a lady named Byran and she put the phone down.

@virginmedia been on the phone past 2 hours trying to cancel a SIM card that was sent out 2 years ago absolute disgrace costumer services!!!
