Coaches in NM need a raise!!!Roswell coaches haven’t received a raise in at least 18 years.
1. Paperwork for 141 athletes is a full time job
2. The education requirements to coach have gone from 0 to I just spent 6 hours doing continuing Ed.
Coaches are taken advantage of!!
