@altontowers what's the lift situation currently? I've not been able to ride smiler since early last season because the lift not working and on my last visit no lift were working. I pay the same as everyone else but get a much reduced offering

@Merlin_HR what reasonable adjustments (required by law) are you making for those who require assistance queieing but don't have a physical disability?
I ask ask someone who isn't affected by the latest discrimination, but will be advising people on their rights.

Oh how nice it would be to be able to do a journey without nearly missing your booked train because the bus refused you then being asked "should you be going derby alone" then when you say your meeting friends get "oh disabled people have friends.

@SW_Help Unfortunately help points aren't accessible to all, I use a device to speak and haven't yet had success using one.
People who are deaf or can't physically push the button are also going to have a problem
