Hi @TLRailUK I applied for a refund on a trip on 4th August because both journeys were severely delayed/cancelled. I spent almost 6 hours travelling to and from Brighton and you’ve offered me less than a 50% refund. Plz can someone investigate?

@TLRailUK @BrookeHD1 I can’t exactly remember but it terminated at London Bridge I think so we had to go to east Croydon and then get on a train from there to Brighton. It was a mess and took us forever and we missed the start of our day at pride. 🙄

@TLRailUK I personally think this is terrible as I could actually get a Thameslink train at all, so my ticket was totally pointless. Really awful customer service as my friend @BrookeHD1 received a full refund with same ticket but I get 4 quid. 🤷🏻‍♀️

@TLRailUK We were on the 11:09 from Leagrave but it got cancelled so we had to find an alternate route. Due to get to our destination at 1pm and didn’t arrive till 3. And on the way home we’re delayed ages not sure exact amounts so again had to find an alternate route.
