Did I think, as a #Neurodivergent Brit, that this meme was just what my brain says on any random #deadline day? Yes.
Did I then learn it's Tax Week in the US and feel feverishly glad I don't live there right now? Also yes!
#GoodLuck to my American friends!

Autism and ADHD frequently co-occur, something colloquially called #AuDHD.
Current estimates are that the majority of Autistic people are #AuDHD.
Some estimates are that up to 50% of ADHDers are #AuDHD.

For many #neurodivergent people, mundane self-maintenance (eat, sleep, wash, tidy) can be big obstacles. '#Discipline' easily becomes a punishing if we 'fail' to get them done.
Pau suggests #reframing the tasks as something you deserve. This way, they're a form of self #love. <3
Excellent piece - worth a read by all coaches and sport psychs. “Her brain didn't need to be fixed or tweaked, just understood by those around her…By changing the environment around her… she found the freedom to exist and perform unhindered.”
