Love this blog from Bethany! I had a similar experience but with dyspraxia, which is also under diagnosed in girls/women. So much more needs to be done to understand neurodiversity in women as it would help so many who struggle and go undiagnosed.
Like many in the health service, I now spend the whole of my working day on COVID-19. For those of us in health informatics this is a strange time. We got into this field to help improve and maintain the quality of care our organisations provide.
Looks like some @NHSGradScheme analysts aren't just excel wizards- some of them can write too! Nice work Lara👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

@tableau when I'm trying to convert a field to a different data type the only option available is to convert it to a geographic role. This has only become an issue since my latest update (v2018.3.8). My colleague using a different version doesn't have this problem
The train I usually get in the morning has been too full to get on several times in the past 2 weeks. So I tried getting a later train in the morning. But the later train I subsequently have to get in the evening is too full to get on....... 🙃
@tomfev@Woolworks National Rail and British transport police have confirmed that it is someone on the footbridge at the station. Regardless, it's an important message to spread!
In light of the disruption at Leeds Station this morning: If you are struggling with your mental health please please please talk to someone. Whether it's your doctor, friends, family, or a stranger. You matter and there is nothing worth ending your life for.
@Collin14093043 I doubt someone would go to the lengths of climbing onto the outside of a bridge just for attention. Every threat to end a life should be taken seriously. And even if it is just a threat, it's still a cry for help and that person should be given that help.
@rjc4270 Thank you :) it's sometimes so difficult to show compassion and empathy in a frustrating situation, but it's also important to remember that being late for work one time is less important than someone's life
@northernassist just me again. Trying to get on the 7.20 at cross gates and you've only sent 2 carriages for a service that is usually packed with 3 carriages. Noone was able to get on the train at this station. Missed connection. Absolutely appalling.
@northernassist your train guards aggressively shouting at people to move further into the train when there is literally no more room to fit another person on the train really does not help the situation
