Update: @delta rebooked our flight for today. We got as far as Toronto and found out that @WestJet once again didn't have a reservation for us to get to Ottawa. WestJet has booked us tomorrow morning, but we are STRANDED IN THE TORONTO AIRPORT WITH FOUR CHILDREN.

Been up all night trying to get @Delta to solve a missing leg of the flight we were supposed to take today. They are blaming @WestJet who apparently cancelled that flight and we weren't notified or rebooked. Zero compensation has been offered, only an alternative flight.

@Delta @WestJet I just tried to use this help. It redirects to the stupid messaging service that kept us waiting for over 6hrs yesterday. Except now because of their incompetence we are actually stranded in Toronto. It's 9pm, we have four kids and now where to go. Thanks for nothing @Delta .
