Yesterday Was the first day since March that I was able to eat 3 meals in my day! I know that isn’t a lot but going from 2 little meals to 3 normal sized meals is a really big milestone for me, it was a difficult day but I’m proud!Hopefully I can continue progressing🕺small wins
