My chapter at the Broncos and the NFL has come to an end, as it’s time for the next big adventure. I look at the past with fond memories and towards the future with a full heart.

Here’s to the next chapter of new dreams and endless possibilities! 💙

After today's historic sanctioning news, I am inspired by Bobby Mestas' commitment to girls flag football!

The concept, rule book, training officials, scheduling games & every single step in between, he truly championed the statewide effort to expand HS athletics for girls. 💪

[Denver Broncos @Broncos]

Leveling the playing field.
Empowering girls.
Providing opportunities.

We're proud that girls flag football is now officially sanctioned as a varsity sport in Colorado!

[Patrick Smyth @psmyth12]

Historic day for Colorado following pilot program supported by the Broncos, Broncos Foundation, CHSAA & thousands of girls who played.

Incredible dedication by Broncos Dir of HS Football Bobby Mestas, who gathered support statewide, scheduled games & even helped draft rule book!

[Denver Broncos @Broncos]

"In addition to providing an amazing platform for empowerment, inclusion & teamwork, girls flag creates a powerful sense of belonging & community for our next generation of leaders."

Broncos Owner Carrie Walton Penner on Colorado sanctioning girls flag football as a HS sport:

So exciting for Colorado and female athletes around the state!

Huge shoutout to Bobby Mestas on our team for his major role in this landmark sanctioning and empowering and elevating female sports!

[Denver Broncos @Broncos]

It's official! 👏

Happy #InternationalWomensDay, #BroncosCountry!

Today and every day, we celebrate all the amazing women who are breaking barriers, inspiring others and changing the game. 👏

[Katie Dowgin @Katie_Shust19]

She believed she could, so she did.

Happy #InternationalWomensDay to all the women out there breaking glass ceilings, raising the bar & changing the definition of female empowerment but also the women who are being caregivers, raising families, and being happy to just be. 💗

Incredibly thankful to have spent the last five season in the community with @jsimms1119. He’s a steadfast, kind and humble leader and someone who inspires us all to do better and be better. Excited to see his continued impact in the world and cheer him on from the sidelines. 💙
