@CostaCoffee really saddened by the service (or lack of) I’ve received today at the page moss store. I didn’t even end up getting a drink, I was just being ignored
@IMOcarwash the attitude of the staff at the bury site is disgraceful. Driving a customers car at me at speed and not understanding that I couldn’t reverse out of the way quick enough. Prices have doubled too so I will vote with my feet.
@RoyalMailHelp thanks to the RM driver who made us stop suddenly due to pulling out in front of a learner. Absolutely no need for it! There was clearly a gap coming up and he just couldn’t wait, so decided to inconvenience others instead (nearly rear ended too as a result!)
@DrPeterSaul I appreciate others take priority. Sadly I missed my calls which were 7 hours later at 2am (after being told 30 mins) as I had to dose myself up on pain med & I managed to fall asleep briefly, so while I tried to save peoples time by not going to a&e I ended up wasting it anyway
@NTeesHpoolNHSFT I’ve been waiting for a call back from nhs 111 for 2.5hrs now after being quoted 30 mins. Probably just as underfunded as every other nhs service so may aswell go to a&e
Slipped, fell and badly hurt myself at @McDonaldsUK - rang up to report it as I’m now going to hospital and met with 🤷🏼♀️ and that it’s never happened before (but it happened to me!). The ground was slippy. Can I have a copy of the report form?
@LidlGB can I return packaging to store for a refund? Cooked a ready meal & it tastes of vinegar (we buy this one all the time, no problem before) & it leaked all over the micro (weird). Defo a quality issue. Need to throw it out as it smells!
@roxie_whufc@VodafoneUK I had the chat transcript emailed to me, and when I’ve gone to open it, I saw the last time I dealt with them in 2020-same as this time - lies, ignoring me etc. It’s a disgrace - if I ran my business like that I’d have no customers! I hope you get sorted 😣😣😣

@VodafoneUK you might want to tell ‘Rich’ that he’s been supposedly typing a reply to me for 15 minutes which I’ve been waiting for, and he can add that to the complaint too 😁

@VodafoneUK the most incompetent ‘help’ I have ever received. Lied to about my contract which would have cost me £70+. Never using Vodafone ever again. Love from a (now ex) customer since 2007
@mrsmintmav I think it changed last year sometime? Something to do with apple/google taking a cut of in app purchases I think - ordering from the browser means no middle man 😂
