@Fortnums have you over promised & under prepared this yr? No replies to emails - waiting over an hour on phone - live chat over 2 hrs to get a CS advisor. Really really poor
@Fortnums relied on F&M for many years.this year, I’ve been let down. Online chat didn’t work, email 10 days ago - 58 mins on Monday, on phone to rectify a delivery address, assured all was well, today received notification from DPD, package is still going to incorrect address!

@Fortnums appalling CS this year live chat no go, emailed 10 days ago no reply 58 mins on phone Monday, to b assured delivery address amended. Notified today parcel still going to incorrect address. No notifications of remaining parcels, who knows

@DHLParcelUK arranged a collection to return goods for 11/1. No one has turned up to collect parcel and have got no where on phone or email. Please can you advise what to do, for parcel to be collected? TY
