@LazarusLong13 Since wearing masks on the regular- I also now wear when vacuuming/dusting. It has helped tremendously- because I have a cat and mild cat allergy and before with cleaning my respiratory system would be flared for about 8-12 hours post.
@tracybrisson The company that my mom had student loans through tried to collect even though I sent them her death certificate - she had no assets- and I knew that that is the only condition that student loan debt is forgivable for so I told them to take a long walk off a short pier.
@DrJenGunter My brother had a widow maker - he’s followed the ultra low fat, no salt, minimal sugar vegan diet for a decade. His cardiologist is extremely happy with his recovery and lots of other tests. It is very difficult though to eat outside of the home but he manages.
@AngryBlackLady I would think yes unless the individual person relinquished their US citizenship? Would they hold dual citizenship ie US and Texas? If so then yes they could. But if they also get Texas form of SS - the US has the windfall exclusion act which lowers the SS payment you get.
@s0f0nisba 3 times. One might have been OG covid in Mar ‘20-but it was so mild I kinda doubt it was. Other 2 times were Covid PCR negative-last one was a year ago - RSV&kicked my ass. Got that at a in person conference despite my masking. Stuck on a shuttle with a pilot hacking up a lung.
@JaclynMcCosker I’m still on the Novid train thankfully. I went to a sporting event with a friend - I masked - she wasn’t. Guess who got sick? Knocking on all the wood though that my good fortune persists.
@AngryBlackLady To be pedantic - I was in high school the year he died. I’m GenX. I wasn’t a huge Nirvana fan - but I remember where I was when I heard he died. Nirvana was 100% GenX
@nohomelikeplace This!!! Pre-Covid it seemed like most people covered coughs and we were aiming to get them to cough into their elbow. Now we’ve regressed back to “just fucking cover your damned cough - ew!”
