@jgindel He also just de-sanctioned Russian oil - his original sin and, per Occam's Razor - his original kompromat. Only Murkowski and lame duck Tillis have commented - even on that absurdity.
To your larger point - THE most surprising aspect of Trumpism has been the organized cowardice.
A message to all sane Republicans: He pardoned 1,600 violent criminals. You said nothing. He bulldozed the East Wing. You said nothing. He interfered with the release of the Epstein files. You said nothing. He took over the Kennedy Center and renamed it after himself. You said nothing. He accepted a $400 million airplane as a personal gift. You said nothing. He threatened Canada, Cuba, Denmark, Greenland, Venezuela, Colombia, and Brazil. You said nothing. He tariffed just about everyone but Russia, causing inflation and instability worldwide. You said nothing. He attacked a nation during mediated negotiations. You said nothing. His ill-conceived war killed 175 children on day one. You said nothing. He alienated and insulted our allies. You said nothing. His ICE Army terrorized and murdered U.S. citizens. You said nothing. He committed murder on the high seas. You said nothing. He co-opted the Justice Department and directed it to prosecute his political enemies. You said nothing. It's time to start talking!!!
It's long overdue!!!!
trump is mad because Zelensky wouldn't take the shitty "deals" that PUTIN wanted him to take, which is to give up Ukrainian land.
trump has been a bad faith actor, only working for Russian interests.
trump is the one making problems for the world.
🚨BREAKING: Fox News host Rachel Campos-Duffy called Zelenskyy an “ingrate” for striking Russian oil refineries, claiming he’s making life harder for Trump ahead of the midterms, as White House Press Secretary Katie Zacharia nodded along.
Think about that. Ukraine is attacking the infrastructure helping finance Russia’s invasion, and the concern being expressed is how it affects Trump’s political fortunes.
Since when did an American president’s election calendar become the standard by which a country fighting for its survival should make military decisions?
ICE rip young children away from father—throw little boy down into the street.
Boy barely avoids getting run over by car.
"They're just kids!" witness yells.
"She's holding a baby!"
All in front of library playground.
Agents so rough with kids—literally knock their shoes off.
Incident occurred beside Library Park Playground in Harrison, New Jersey.
Ms. Chi doesn't have an account on this platform—so posting first full length and credited video here to help raise awareness.
This is exactly what I warned would happen last year.
Trump is using mass deportations to TERRORIZE diverse communities out of legally voting — ordering his secret police to “go after everybody.”
Donald, your campaign of fear will FAIL. The American people will NOT be intimidated!
BREAKING: HELL YEAH! Trump gets NIGHTMARE news about his absurd "Triumphal Arch" as the Arlington County government unleashes a massive lawsuit to block its construction.
And it gets even better...
In their suit, the county's board asserts that the White House ignored a crucial review process in their deranged, rushed efforts to begin working on the President's vanity project. Since the proper process was not followed, construction should not be allowed to proceed.
Specifically, the administration failed to properly evaluate the possible environmental impacts of the arch and such analysis is required under the National Environmental Policy Act. Arlington is accusing the MAGA-controlled National Park Service of performing nothing but a "cursory" and "truncated" review of the project.
It should come as little surprise that this regime, as adversarial towards the environment as it is, would try to circumvent this key step. Unfortunately for them, the law is the law.
The arch — one of several construction projects that Trump is desperately scrambling to erect in the hopes that he might fashion a semblance of a legacy for himself amidst the ashes of his failed presidency — is supposed to go up on an island in the Potomac River that is officially part of D.C., but sits just a few hundred meters from Arlington. The suit urges the court to block any demolition or construction until an “appropriate environmental review” is conducted.
Hopefully, the judge sees the light of reason and grants Arlington this injunction. Once Democrats retake Congress in November, we'll have more power to throw up lasting roadblocks to this idiotic waste of tax dollars.
Pop quiz: What "triumph" is Trump even hoping to commemorate? The Iran War is a historic, economy-crashing failure and his domestic policies have been just as bad. This man does not have a single real victory to his name and yet he wants to be remembered like Napoleon. Pathetic doesn't even begin to describe it.

At 28 years old, a young man decided to walk 25 miles in a single day. Not for exercise. He was walking the length of his district, stopping along the way to talk to people and hear what was happening in their lives.
By the time he was halfway through, something was very wrong. He was exhausted, nauseated and vomiting. But he kept walking.
He finished the 25 miles and went home. Then he slept for 36 hours. His parents, alarmed by this, took him to the emergency room where they found out his blood sugar was 900.
The young man had undiagnosed Type 1 diabetes and was in diabetic ketoacidosis, a life-threatening condition that can lead to coma and death without treatment. He was then rushed to the ICU.
But thankfully, that young man survived, and story doesn’t end there.
Once he was able to leave the hospital, he needed regular insulin to stay alive. His first 30-day supply cost $684. Young men his age don’t carry that kind of money. So he put it on a credit card.
And that experience changed the direction of James Talarico’s young life.
Since then, James has been fighting for people who need insulin and other lifesaving medications in order to live, and pushing for legislation to make those drugs more affordable.
Working for the people, not Big Pharma. James Talarico is who Texas needs.
