AMC Theatres boss Adam Aron pushes for the Paramount-Warner Bros. merger and writes: "It’s critical to the industry’s future that this transaction be completed as soon as possible."

The Paramount and Warner Bros merger is officially on hold.
The merger will not move forward until June 1, 2027 OR until the courts provide a ruling on the lawsuits facing the merger.
