I’m thrilled to be recognized as one of this year’s “Forbes Entrepreneurial CMO 50” and honored to be included with such impressive people.
Thank you @Forbes and congratulations to all the others who made the list! https://t.co/86uoRiGT09
Trusting mainstream media outlets allows room for even the most intelligent people to easily be convinced of false things. Especially if you already have a preconceived notion that your side is exclusively the good guys and the other side is exclusively the bad guys.
Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, and many other outlets on both the left/right use selective reporting and misconstruing of information to convince millions of people to believe a false worldview.
Way worse than that though, they have made viewers (young people especially) completely clueless on which issues are the most important regarding the federal government and our quality of life. They will talk all day about how they believe “other side bad” but almost never cover how vital running the economy right is and how spending trillions we don’t have will never work no matter what the tax rates are.
I get it, the economy is not as good for ratings, but that is the point! The media will always make it look like the most emotional issues are the most important, even if they are the least. They will make people really upset over things while simultaneously calling for policy that would indirectly lead to way worse things. It’s all fake, and the only way to fix it is to stop caring about party and vote for politicians exclusively based on what is most important. Right now the economy is in a desperate position. We absolutely need someone who is willing to make the government smaller and stop overspending. Raising taxes on the rich is a straw man argument, and calling for that pushes the actual thing we need to do further down the line. We can talk about taxes and cutting loopholes AFTER we stop the massive overspending.
Plus, trickle-down economics is nowhere near what we have now because we are already at as high as 50-60% taxes in some states. Trickle-up economics (where the government controls most of our capital) is way closer to what we have, and it is the more awful system by far. The government is a highly inefficient corporation full of corruption and fake people with extreme biases. The more of our resources they control, the more that gets wasted!
We can’t keep resorting to excuses regarding why things are not being fixed. We just straight up need to cut spending now and take the blow it causes, knowing doing so will avoid a way way way worse blow in the future (likely early 2030s based on many projections). We are in real trouble, and anyone who does not see that as the main priority is letting the media have too much power over them. Besides foreign policy at times, every single other issue combined is maybe 1% as important (TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT) as running the economy right. Meanwhile, if you listen to the media, you would think the exact opposite. Politicians on both sides have failed us over and over, and yet they still get votes from people who often hate the other side so much that they don’t care.
LET’S STOP WITH THE BLAME GAME/FAKE SOLUTION VIRTUE SIGNALING AND MAKE OUR LEADERS FIX THINGS BEFORE IT GETS WAY WORSE!
I found this interesting because of that golden smile that no adult will ever have it again 😂and the way the baby holds the flower..This is amazing 💞💙☀️
