@uk_boarderforce thank you for the 2 hour delay at passport control at stanstead for the family line 3 open lanes during a busy period was a great call. I felt sorry for the stanstead ground staff getting all the stick !

@BBCPanorama as a nurse I feel disgusted and so upset for the way those poor unwell patients are being treated ! Let’s hope family’s and patients get justice for the horrid treatment .

@Barclays when is it policy to try and sell mortgages to someone when they have just been mugged and trying to cancel credit cards ???

@BarclaysUKHelp It was my husband who was mugged In Italy ! He called to cancel his 2 credit cards with you and during the call was asked if he wanted a quote for a mortgage. He was not asked either if he required any help/ funds etc .

@LondonHorseShow why is it so difficult to book tickets for my disabled daughter my other daughter and myself ?? Also why don’t you answer emails re this ?? Daughter is desperate to go !! She doesn’t need a wheelchair but can’t manage the stairs

@budgetcarrental how come we pre booked a car rental then turn up to collect and you have no cars for us poor show especially when we have plans made ! We have a disabled daughter and the car is needed to make things easier for her !!!
