@FirstCymru Not just that, the one thus Morning was the 1st 111 Loughor to Swansea of the day, there are never any updates on here either so we are just stood waiting to see what shows and have to walk the rest of the way as the x11 doesn't service my end stop

@FirstCymru Honestly the 111 route each way needs looking at again as it's getting ridiculous how long we have to wait on a bus when one doesn't show and then it's always rammed, not great having to fight to get off at your stop

@FirstCymru You post all the time about leaving the car at home and use first cymru as it's more economical but then your buses don't show.

@FirstCymru I made my own way home as didn't fancy standing in the rain waiting to see If it would turn up.
The service is absolutely appalling at the moment we go to work so we can pay bills but we end up spending money on taxis we can't afford as due to the buses not showing up

@FirstCymru whats going on with your 15.30 111 service from days garage to Llanelli, 2 days in a row it's not been showing on your app and the 15.00 was over 20 mins late yesterday

@FirstCymru is there an issue with your app, trying to track the 111 to Llanelli and it keeps coming up with a technical issue, it does sometimes come up but no bus live on the map.
Is the 15.30 from days garage to Llanelli running

@FirstCymru To be honest sorry isn't good enough this is not like the 1st time this has happened over the last few weeks, actually multiple times a week.
You have already cut the services in half but still expect us to put up with the rubbish service all the time, it's really not good enough

@FirstCymru so the 111 Swansea to Llanelli has literally just left Swansea bus station which means the 15.30 from days is now going to be the 16.00, what a joke, its bloody freezing.
How can you justify such an appalling service.
