Block aus Frischkäse mit Chili-Honig-Glasur

Perfekt für Momente, in denen du so tust, als hättest du dir Mühe gegeben – obwohl du in Wahrheit nur fünf Minuten in der Küche standest und der Rest von selbst passiert ist.

Zutaten

225 g Frischkäse, weich wie Sonntagmorgen

1/4 Tasse Chili-Honig (am besten der, bei dem man erst lacht und dann kurz hustet)

1/4 Tasse gehackte Pekannüsse

1 EL frischer Rosmarin, fein geschnitten

1/2 TL Knoblauchpulver

1/4 TL Salz

1/4 TL schwarzer Pfeffer

Cracker oder Brot – was halt gerade nicht schimmelt

Zubereitung

1. Frischkäse aufpeppen
Frischkäse in eine Schüssel, Gewürze drauf. Rühren, bis es nach „Ich kann kochen“ aussieht.

2. Form geben
Ab auf die Servierplatte damit und zu einem Block, Ziegel, was auch immer formen. Solange es nicht auseinanderläuft, gilt’s als gelungen.

3. Chili-Honig drüber
Grosszügig. Ohne Reue. Wenn’s seitlich runterläuft, umso besser – das wirkt nach Foodblogger, nur ohne Filter.

4. Topping
Pekannüsse und Rosmarin drüberstreuen. Fertig. Keine Wissenschaft.

5. Servieren
Brot oder Cracker daneben, lässig hinstellen und warten, bis jemand fragt: „Hast du das selbst gemacht?“
→ Einfach „Jap“ sagen. Punkt.

And go to Bar San Calisto for a drink at night and an Italian breakfast in the morning: cafè (espresso), spremute (fresh squeezed oj) and cornetto albicocca. Order inside (self service). Then sit outside.

@EdmontonOilers tried to get tickets today. Obviously sold out while I was in queue. Now, there's a lot of very expensive resale tickets. Not fair! Wanted to bring my kid, we're from Europe and have to pay for flights, accommodations, etc as well. #GoOilersGo
