Buckle up... Stars injuries, per Jim Nill:

Oskar Bäck - wrist injury in October, missed 10 games, sprained shoulder in the playoffs
Nathan Bastian - broke finger, had surgery, would have been available for second round
Jamie Benn - punctured lung in camp, concussion in December

[DailyDallasHockey @DallasStarsDDH]

2020 - Hip Arthroscopy and Labral repair as well as a knee scope.

2024 - Femoral acetabular impingement and labrum tear.

2025 - Torn ACL.

Tyler Seguin is on pace to be back for training camp. What a warrior.

As a lifelong Stars fan who is 29 years old.

I am really emotional about potentially watching Benn’s last game as a Star. Many younger fans think of him as a goon or heel.

I watched him usher this franchise into what it is today. He was the transition from Brenden Morrow to the juggernaut it has become.

He won an Art Ross. For a few seasons, he was up there with prime Crosby and Ovechkin.

He won Gold in 2014 with team Canada.

I understand he is a polarizing player, and deserving of criticism lately, but please understand that he is a franchise legend.

I have watched him for 17 seasons. His jersey number should never be worn in Dallas ever again.

If you retire and never wear Victory Green again.

Thank you, Jamie.

Stars GM Jim Nill says Miro Heiskanen is having an MRI today, and they’ll know more this afternoon.

He says they don’t expect Roope Hintz to be back in the regular season and aren’t sure if he will be available for Game 1. Still week-to-week.

Every American should be absolutely furious right now.

Charlie Kirk has never once encouraged violence against any political group, and he was just shot at an event in Utah.

Never advocated for anything except peace.

An absolute outrage. There are no words. Pray for Charlie.
