@Homebase_uk literally the worst customer service. Order arrived damaged. Tried to complete the online form; number not accepted. Emailed the address on the website it returned an error. Phoned CS & told to email. Emailed new address & no response in 10 days! Pls contact me.

@School_Trends I’ve finally received the 4 school cardigans ordered on 16th July; they were sent with no name and no delivery note! Due to the 2 month delay, I’ve had to buy alternative uniform and no longer need these. Please advise how I return for a full refund and PP?

@School_Trends starting school is challenging enough without the addition of not having a book bag or correct uniform. This is your sole purpose; how can a rush of orders prior to September be a surprise?! Appalling Company with the worst service I have ever experienced.

@TIME This is utterly deplorable! Children do not need to count calories, they just need to be provided with healthy food and taught about nutrition. This is just another tool to aid competitive eating behaviours between young children and fuel eating disorders. It’s disgusting.
