@WasOnceLoved They’re all as bad as each other.
I have absolutely no fucking clue who to vote for.
Barely anybody does.
We are picking between awful and terrible.
People who feel this way will vote for anyone but the two main parties. That does not make them dumb. It makes them desperate.
@MarvelEquest @punsandponies Have a word with your farrier. He might be pulling the toe back for a reason.
It’s not the best set of shoes I’ve ever seen, but give him benefit of the doubt.
@mollyfentonx Have you tried CBD oil. You need a high percentage but it’s great for increasing appetite, reducing nausea & pain relief. It doesn’t make you high or anything. All the THC has been removed. My dad was on chemo and used to take it every morning. It was fab x
@CherryMorrello Hi. Have you been offered a pain patch. I am in chronic pain and eventually after 6 years the dr gave in and offered me a buprenorphine trans dermal patch. Pain relief administered through the skin every hour and no side effects. It’s a game changer x
@SpaceMountaine@theJeremyVine The legal speed limit to pass a horse is 10mph. The legal distance is 2m. The horse in this video is spooked by on coming traffic. Because a big vehicle is coming towards it to fast. The horse reacted in a very common way. I’m a pro rider and a HGV driver. HGV was in the wrong.
@JessLouiseHope You’re beyond help. People shouldn’t have to wait for hours for care
Triage system shouldn’t really be necessary. We should be able to walk into a hospital and receive care. Animals currently get better treatment.
I wasn’t walking around? I’d been taken to hospital in an ambulance. Discharged by junior dr and told I’d be fine. Peeing blood @ home & in excruciating pain, returned to a&e 4 days later. Left in a&e 4 hrs. Finally admitted & scanned and because of that left with nerve damage 👏🏼
@KatyQuirk@joannefowkes@jennye_lee Triage is usually the best option of working out who’s more urgent. Most people aren’t walking around with a broken spine and bleeding spleen so i can see how it was missed cos it’s insanely rare to be walking around in that state. Seeing people by waiting time will kill people.
@JessLouiseHope “Emergency medicine it’s who’s most urgent first”… so why was I left with internal bleeding & no care. A fractured spine that was missed and because of that I have permanent nerve damage. I’m actually disabled because the NHS didn’t do their job right
@JessLouiseHope The NHS is on its knees. Either we make a fuss and fight for it. Or we lose it. Don’t applaud a system that lets down thousands of people a day because you’ve had one good experience.
@JessLouiseHope I know someone who sat outside for too long and because of this missed out on stroke medication. A friend of mine sat in a&e for 6 hours whilst she turned yellow because her liver was failing. I have sat in a&e whilst my spleen has bled into my abdomen. It’s not working.
@JessLouiseHope You said that experts should make the decisions. Eg triage.
But I have given you example of a time where that hasn’t worked. My partner is a paramedic. The wait time is currently 6-8 hours. You sit outside in the queue on the ambulance before you even start your 4 hr A&E wait
@JessLouiseHope So because you had a good experience, that’s ok?
My dad went to drs 11 times with cancer symptoms. Mid diagnosed. Ended up with stage 4 cancer and is now dead. The NHS doesn’t work anymore. Something has to change. It lets down 1000s if people everyday.
@joannefowkes@jennye_lee Triage is not always an expert. I have sat in a&e with a broken spine, bleeding spleen and kidney, 4 broken ribs. Been told im fine to go home and rest. NHS isn’t working and it’s dangerous. It kills people.
@jennye_lee I think it’s a natural human response to be pissed off. Especially if you’re feeling unwell or are sat with loved ones who are unwell. My partner is paramedic and often spends the entire shift sat waiting outside in an ambulance.
@jennye_lee I know it’s not your fault but people are sat waiting for health care and some (not all) are very ill. I know somebody who missed out on stroke meds bcos he was outside in an ambulance for 6 hours. I have sat with a slow bleed on my spleen and been ignored. It’s not good enough
