If you want to learn to write screenplays, study this one specifically. This is arguably the greatest sequel of all time - it saved the entire franchise - and a huge influence on what we are doing on POPE'S 2. The character stuff and setups/payoffs are about as good as it gets.
@LoudonRichard@TieInPhoenix Correct. It's just a good movie with interesting characters and clear motivations that includes well executed setup/payoffs that fulfill both.
@TieInPhoenix To your point, it is a movie that fully serves you everything you want from a STAR TREK movie while doing so by building the entire thing on the shoulders of Kirk's character work.
In a long list of great James Spader "scumbag" roles, I don't think he's ever been as repulsive as in the otherwise forgotten Jack Nicholson flick WOLF from my childhood. Man is he ever fun to dislike.
I've kept this routine without fail and have to say it was a great decision. Cannot possibly recommend doing this enough if you can make it work within your schedule. I see no reason to move off of it for the foreseeable future. Completely rewires your body. You'll feel great.
Switching up my routine a bit and trying the eight hour eating window. Eat from 12pm until 8pm and then off. Keeping the usual egg and protein heavy diet during that time. Curious to see what it does. Will give it a week, see how I feel and go from there. Have heard this is good.
