@UC_Assist Eventually, I was told to contact the AC manufacturer directly, while the service provider took no responsibility for the failed repair. To make matters worse, the repair job was deleted from my app.
@urbancompany_UC has conveniently removed the repair booking from my app.technician took my product & kept it for 4 days, then returned it in worse condition than before.
Now they’re saying the brand needs to inspect it and, of course, they expect me to bear the cost.
@UC_Assist The best resolution was to take part & keep it for 4 days. Not only was the issue not repaired, but the problem became worse. Then asked to close job & submit warranty claim for work that was never completed.
After escalating the matter, no one was able to identify the issue.

@urbancompany_UC Booked an AC repair for a compressor starting issue. The technician took parts away for 3–4 days, returned, and the problem was still not fixed. Customer care then asked me to close the job, pay ₹4,500, and claim it under warranty. Why should I claim warranty.
