Finally, got thru the customer care and they informed there is a fault and it would be restored by 8:30 AM. Just WOW, approx 10 hours to restore the power. Such a poor service. Not for the first time. @PSPCLPb @capt_amarinder @CMOPb

@PSPCLPb Why are there power cuts, even when the weather is totally fine? It has been more than 6 hours there is a power cut in Model Town area, Sec- 126. And of course, your complaint numbers are good for nothing as no one responds when we call endlessly. @capt_amarinder @CMOPb
