Suvinder Vicky has absolutely nailed the Sikh character in his recent movies and series. What an impressive career from CAT and Kohra to Dhurandhar (cameo), Satluj, and Kesari.
Heโs such a solid character actor.
๐จThe level of censorship in India is deeply alarming.
A fictional film inspired by the life of Bhai Jaswant Singh Khalra, starring Diljit Dosanjh, was reportedly taken down in India just a day after its release on an OTT platform.
Despite being fictionalized and reportedly toned down to meet release requirements, it still became inaccessible to Indian audiences.
The incident has once again raised serious questions about censorship, creative freedom, and the state of free speech in India. If even a fictionalized and diluted version of a story is considered unacceptable, what does that say about the space for truths?

Badals are the biggest traitors of Sikhs
When Prakash Badal became CM, Jaswant Khalraโs wife went to him to ask for justice as mentioned in their manifesto and in reply Badal asked her to give up the case
I saw many are saying that this is the best performance of DILJIT DOSANJH in hi career, i want them to watch PUNJAB 1984, you will cry as hell if you will watch that, its available on amazon prime. Go and watch.
IMPORTANT: So censorship has reached OTT as well? Satluj has been pulled from Zee5 without any clear explanation. The platform merely says it will be โunavailable in India until further notice.โ OTT won audiences because it gave space to bold, original storytelling. If that space shrinks, what exactly is left?๐ก
