I am in the absolute best mood over this Macron dismissal. Feels like a year and a half of my family having to deal with psychotic lies regarding pending bankruptcies, secret accounts and plans to flee the country, has finally come to end.
For those of you wondering what happens now with the case, here is a synopsis:
You will note the Macrons additionally named two other business entities in their lawsuit: Candace Owens LLC and GeorgeTom Inc. They admitted in our hearing that they were unsure if one or both of these entities housed the podcast and that they would need limited discovery to determine how those businesses run and who runs them.
As it turns out, one of the above mentioned entities has absolutely nothing to do with the podcast in any way, shape, or form, so it will be a legal exercise in futility for the couple.
In effect, that leaves just one entity.
In addition to my personal dismissal, the court also decided in favor of our argument that France’s defamation law should apply.
Let me explain to you why that decision deeply impacts matters and was a major point of legal contention; France’s defamation law has a statute of limitation of just 3 months. This means defamation claims time out very quickly.
We argued the Macron couple was intentionally forum shopping because being held to France’s 3 months would have naturally expired their claims. We included a briefing from a French legal expert explaining French defamation law.
The Macrons did not submit a briefing to counter our arguments, but during oral arguments they suggested that France has a unique statutory law that could, in theory, extend claims up to one year IF the defamation claim pertains to an individual’s sexual orientation or gender.
Before ruling on the dismissal pertaining to the remaining entities, the judge is allowing for the Macron couple to submit a supplemental brief, arguing why they believe this case could meet that threshold
In his response (see below), the Judge has duly noted our legal expert’s notation that in parallel cases filed by the Presidential couple against other journalists in France, the couple sued under France’s 3 month defamation rule—not the one year statutory.
I believe it is worth again noting that the couple is NOT and has never sued anyone for matters pertaining to sex, sexual orientation, or gender (despite intentional media misrepresentations), but rather for defamation related to claims regarding MK Ultra and theft.
You are free to read their initial filing against me yourself.
So what happens now is the remaining entities and the Macrons submit additional briefings regarding French law and statutes. The judge will then rule on the lingering dismissals.
🙌🙌
Also what exactly does Macron’s lawyer mean when he says they would consider “other ways” to hold me personally accountable despite the ruling.
Your client is the sitting President of a foreign country that is currently on fire. He should maybe reflect and consider ways to be personally responsible to his countrymen.

I don’t believe Leah Files went on the Shawn Ryan Show with bad intentions. From what I can tell, she went on excited and as a fan of Shawn Ryan.
Things changed because of how she was treated when she arrived, and she felt wronged by Shawn Ryan. The problem and question is: did Shawn have reason to wrong her? How did this happen?
I’ve listened to and observed both sides of this argument. Leah was “recruited” onto the Shawn Ryan Show by his longtime editor. From what’s being described, Shawn did not know much about Leah Files and was given information on her beforehand stating she was not the credible source she markets herself to be.
When the two of them sat down together, it did not start off on a good foot. Leah describes that a Shawn Ryan producer told her not to name any names within 30 minutes of starting the show. She describes being muzzled before the show even started. Leah claims to have evidence of this exchange but has pledged never to release it in order to protect the individual’s name. Interestingly, she herself already published the individual’s name in question. She also, despite claiming never to do so, published the name of the editor who “recruited” her onto the show. For someone very sensitive about sharing first names publicly, I find it problematic that she has been reckless with other people’s first names in this situation.
Shawn Ryan has neither confirmed nor denied this “no naming names” exchange. So right now we are going off of hearsay. If he did give her a muzzle, he should explain why.
That being said, Leah did have the opportunity to present her ideas despite the preconceived notions and the alleged muzzle. Certain topics discussed were not off limits, and neither were the names. The information she presented on these topics—like the petrodollar, Brad Parscale and Clock Tower X, TPUSA financials, etc.—was very underwhelming. When Shawn asked if she was an economist, she answered, “Yeah, I mean…” and then went on to pretend she knew about the petrodollar, saying “I have so many people saying that this is going to be the thing that takes over…” That makes no sense. The petrodollar already took over. This answer is one example of Shawn sitting there probably thinking, “Those preconceived notions are actually true—she doesn’t really know what she is talking about.” But there are a few others to note…
In the very beginning Shawn was talking about Green Beret Nap Time and said specifically he did not want to name his name… then Leah named his name about 3 minutes later (Chase). Shawn was probably like, what the hell…When Shawn asked about her CIA experience she gave a choppy answer and then said she actually worked for a government contractor (Booz Allen or PwC—not sure off memory) who did work for the CIA. She also said she had a TS security clearance, which is not a high-level (TS/SCI) clearance. With a TS she certainly did not have access to big-time government secrets. I’m sorry—I know many with clearances throughout my hometown of Northern Virginia. My wife got a TS for admin work for a government contractor. It’s not a big deal. So Shawn is probably going back to the tip he received before the interview that her CIA experience is not consistent with how she markets herself… and was probably like, what the hell…
Also, her description of Brad Parscale and Clock Tower X. She first referred to Parscale as the CEO of Salem Media, of which he is the Chief Strategy Officer. Maybe just a mistake, fine. But she then describes the most nefarious thing they do as sending text messages around the US to propagandize for Israel. That is one thing they are doing; however, it’s much worse than that. Clock Tower X is creating a web infrastructure to manipulate LLMs (LLM poisoning) to provide more favorable answers for Israel. Brad Parscale is also responsible, per the FARA registration, to spread pro-Israel media using Salem Media in order to win support amongst young people for the pro-Israel cause. The Charlie Kirk show runs on Salem Media and renegotiated a podcast deal after Charlie passed away. Charlie was seeking independent distribution options prior to his death, as he was aware of Parscale’s foreign ties… none of this was discussed.
On most topics, there seemed to be a disconnect between how Leah presents herself in Substack articles and how she presented herself on Shawn Ryan. There are two sides to this story, but I can definitely see why Shawn Ryan had some issues and doubted her credibility, don’t you? I can also see Shawn Ryan turning to his editor who “recruited” Leah in and being like, what the hell? The story is that editor “walked out” because of all of this… I’m wondering if he got the boot. But I’m speculating…
I believe it can fairly be said that neither side looks that great here. I can understand how Leah felt wronged, but I can also see why Shawn was unhappy with the guest. Leah’s reaction, though—to now turn on Shawn, Candace, Baron Coleman, etc. because she is getting backlash for a bad interview, and people are unhappy with her now insinuating that Shawn is a deep state actor because they couldn’t get along—in my opinion, is wrong.
She cites Shawn’s investments. He had those investments before she ever went on the show. She was still excited to do so and was a fan prior. So she was a fan of this deep state foreign agent? His investments have been public on his LinkedIn for some time now.
Candace Owens chimed in and described her experience in response to Leah, saying that Shawn let her talk about whatever she wanted, and she named plenty of names in a Shawn Ryan Show appearance with 6.3 million views—his fifth-best show ever. Candace Owens naming names is much more of a problem than Leah Files naming names. I am starting to believe that the “no naming names” thing is not true. But I am happy to be proven wrong on that.
Candace chiming in caused Leah to fire back, and now we have all of the DMs back and forth. Leah wrote up a Glacier hit piece to go after Shawn Ryan and “expose him as a deep state actor,” and then Candace did a Glacier ad read on her show, which sent everyone into a frenzy. As it turns out, much of Leah’s findings on Glacier are not suspicious at all—just a company adjusting per federal law requirements for their product offering. Leah can have the opinion that Glacier is an inferior service to other competitors, but who really cares? If you want something more secure, don’t get it. But the claim that Glacier is data collecting to send everything to Israel is an absolutely false claim and a damaging lie.
The threat Leah is making now, in her latest Tik Tok live is that she going after Candace, Baron, and the whole network... Have fun, I guess? But it's not helpful, in the least. We are living in a world where the powers at be behave however the heck they want, and alternative media is THE ONLY source we have to hold them accountable. This behavior destroying the infrastructure of the literal last hope we as a people have at free speech. It's not good.
Jared Kushner met with Bibi Netanyahu's top advisor 2 days before Charlie Kirk was publicly assassinated.
This was on the very same day Charlie Kirk declared he was leaving the pro-Israel cause due to Jewish donor bullying.
The U.S. has sent Israel $352 billion.
THINK of what that money could have done to help struggling Americans here at home.
The US government is bleeding American taxpayers dry to send OUR money to their Israeli masters.
A total citizen rebellion is the only way this will ever end.
Please keep sharing this video widely. Six days after conclusively revealing that Brian Cole Jr. cannot be the J6 b0mber, it may seem we are being ignored, but I can report that "official Washington" is absolutely VERY aware of this video and its implications. That includes MSM outlets, Congress, DOJ, FBI, etc.
@accabbat has updated this to include a couple more of Brian's clothing items with the tags still hanging. On Thursday, I went back into Brian's room to dig around for more clues, and sure enough, I found several more jackets and pullovers with the tags still on them. February 2018: Bannon and Epstein discussing cryptocurrency, political funding, and Christianity as potential legal and political protection. Bannon describes a Catholic/evangelical coalition that could “stave off Time’s Up” a movement seeking accountability for sexual misconduct.
September 5, 2018: Charlie and Erika’s first date at Bill’s Burgers in NYC. Epstein’s calendar that same day lists Nellie Bowles (now Bari Weiss’s wife), Steve Hanson (Bill’s founder) and Leon Black.
September 14, 2018: Erika and her mother, Lori, discussing blockchain.
Just noticing.
This is extremely weird.
Why would ELane’s boyfriend travel with SRyan ?
How do they know each other so well?
EL appears out of nowhere but is hanging with biggest podcasters… and so is her boyfriend? 🤔🤨
So Elizabeth Lane and “The Leah Files” used to work together until Leah and Stew Peters claimed that Elizabeth’s boyfriend went to South America with Shawn Ryan. That claim appears to have been a lie. When Leah was later asked about it, she said she never made the claim — but she did.
Leah also told Stew Peters that Shawn Ryan wasn’t right in the head when he interviewed her because of psychedelics in South America. When she was questioned about that statement, she denied ever saying it.
