The Govt. of WB is currently restoring the colour of road dividers according to international standards, i.e., yellow, white, and black. But people have already started spitting gutkha stains on them.

I urge @paulagnimitra1 ma'am and @UmeshRai_BJP sir to make an app where ordinary citizens like us can report people who spit gutkha everywhere with proof, resulting in them being fined. A 20% reward could be given to the person who reports it. People of Bengal love getting free money; I'm sure this will greatly improve the situation.

P.S.: If you're trying to blame people from UP and Bihar for this, let me tell you the number of dehati Bengalis is no less either. If you want proof, just take any of the following:

Please ban protests at Jantar Mantar. It is in the heart of the city and any impediment to traffic in this area leads to a snow ball effect across the most busy part of Delhi resulting in inconvenience to lacs of law abiding commuters going to earn their daily wages.
