Horrendous experience with @airindia. This is to bring to your notice @JM_Scindia that I landed in Kolkata yesterday night at 11:25 on an Air India flight and was told that one of my bags was not loaded in the flight from Mumbai. I was assured I’ll get it first thing today. (1/3)
