Bad PR? For Nigeria? Lol
I haven't even said anything about my NYSC experience in Potiskum (Yobe) and Nasarawa. How they promised us state top-up of N5,000/month on the N19800 FG allowance, but never paid? Governor released money few days to election, Govt officials asked us to come to their office in Lafia and started sharing cash. Right there in our front, they will split the money in half and keep half, and they had police there to "protect them". Despite this many of us still didn't get the half even though we were out there on queue for 2 days! I was serving in Nyanyan at the time, imagine a Law graduate traveling to Lafia twice for N30,000 and still not getting it.
Or when Armed Robbers raided our hostel in Rectas (Ife) in 2015 and they almost killed my roommate with axe. Or is it our experience with the police on our way to the hospital? Or is it our experience with the hospitals before the 7th Day Hospital close to Lagere finally agreed to attend to us?
Or my experience with the police on Ibadan road when they raided us and took us to Mòòrè police station, threatened to "waste our lives" because we were not ready to "pay them something?" Or how they kept my friend and I at the back of their van in a bush all night while they hailed and collected money from Yahoo boys that were going to and coming from Club?
Or how our biggest movement as Nigerian Youths (the EndSars Protest) ended?
Or is it how I lost my uncle's car in 2021 and almost died on Abuja Airport road because a bike man thought it wise to face one-way on full speed without headlights in the night? And my experience with the police again even though I went to the station myself to report the accident like a responsible Citizen would do.
How many things I wan even talk. Story plenty. I made a 4-line post and you think I am "showing off". Lol.
Walk in my shoes and see through my eyes first. If I say any random thing about my life now, you'll think I'm bragging.
In the end, everyone will be alright!
Waiting for all the students that scored above 300 in the last jamb in my town Saki, I need to return their registration fee back to them. So, if you know anyone, send them my way.
One of the weirdest moment in our lives as a couple was when we had our baby, we just carried her in the car sit from hospital to our house.
No family or anyone waiting for us at home, just me, my wife and our baby.
I nearly cried that day, abroad will humble you and in a way let you appreciate the importance of having family around.
Thank God for how it’s going.
Somebody saw me at the bus stop this morning and asked if I’m ABU(Nickname) and I answered yes.
She was so grateful meeting me and then she narrated how she messaged me about 2years ago to enquire about something and how I was helpful, I couldn’t even remember and I didn’t know her even at the point of answering her questions.
She was saying all these things aloud and majority of people there are like, that’s our ABU of hampshire, always ready to help, wanted to cover my eyes 😊 but It felt good and it made me happy.
It takes nothing from you to be kind to others and good thing is, you and people around you will receive kindness too.
On many occasions, my wife will go to events and will give me gist of how people treated her with kindness and respect for being ABU’s wife 😊..
Be Kind to others always.

Dele Tomori’s voice is unique. I remember always looking forward to his Ero ya programme on Sunday mornings. I think those were the most beautiful sundays of my life.
