Officially tore my rotator cuff ligament, MRI confirms. While I’ll be resting and considering surgery this weekend, I’m more concerned with the new 450G that will be coming in the next few weeks….That things gonna be heavy! PT already scheduled for Monday.

@swalby14 No Dont! Water changing will remove the nitrites your bacteria need to consume so they can multiply. Continue dosing daily and water change when NITRATES reach about 40PPM
